Your platform gives you the features. What sits underneath it decides whether they work on a bad day. Over the last few years the industry has watched carriers, cloud providers and infrastructure vendors fail in ways nobody modeled. A ransomware attack that took a major voice provider offline. A malware event that disrupted a European carrier for weeks. Regional outages measured in days rather than minutes. None of it was a platform problem. All of it reached the customer anyway. NUSO CEO Matt Siemens will explain why NUSO rebuilt its own underlying carrier layer three years ago so it could be changed without changing anything a customer sees, what that took, and what it now makes possible. He will make the case that resilience is something you architect rather than something you wait for, and that the goal is not fewer partners but deliberate ones.

Per-seat telephony will not fund your next five years. This session shows service providers how to build a conversational AI business on top of the base they already own — and walks through four decisions in order: which vertical to pick (the answer is in your billing system, not a market report), what to build first (start at Tier 0, not where the money is), how to price it (every telecoms instinct you have is wrong here), and who on your team can actually sell it. You'll leave able to name your vertical, your first product tier, your price and your first ten target accounts — plus the playbook: scorecard, pricing model, pilot template, objection handling and 90-day plan.

Customer experience metrics tell you what is happening. They do not always tell you why. CSAT, SLA, response times, resolution times, and volume are visible outcomes of a much larger operating system: people, processes, knowledge, quality, accountability, and the handoffs between teams. In this session, we go behind the numbers through the Crexendo story to examine how strengthening the operation behind the customer experience can improve performance, support scale, and create new business capacity. The conversation moves from customer experience to operational capability, showing why sustainable performance is not just about improving the metric. It is about improving what produces it.

AI is rapidly reshaping the way your clients work, from everyday employee tasks to automated processes that access critical systems and data. Employees are adopting AI tools, while AI agents are beginning to access applications, data and systems on behalf of users. For MSPs, that creates a new security challenge: Who - or what - has access to your clients' environments, and how is that access being protected? As AI adoption grows, traditional risks like weak passwords, shared credentials and excessive privileges aren't going away. They're being joined by new types of identities and access that clients may not even realize they need to secure. In this session, Keeper Security will break down what the rise of AI means for MSPs and their clients - without the complexity. We'll explore how MSPs can strengthen identity security today, manage it efficiently across client environments and build scalable security services with the right technology and partner support. You'll learn how to: - Recognize the identity and access risks emerging as clients adopt AI - Strengthen protection for passwords, privileged accounts and access to critical systems - Manage identity security efficiently across multiple client environments - Turn growing security needs into new revenue opportunities with an MSP program built to support your growth
